Payment conditions - Prague city apartments
Terms And Conditions - RESERVATIONS
A full payment in advance is required. To settle the payment there are 3 possibilities:
- Credit card authorisation - the amount of the whole stay will be authorised and the final payment will be settled in the hotel upon arrival to Prague . Once the booking is fixed the client receives the voucher.
- Credit card advanced payment - the amount for the whole stay will be paid by credit card, including a 4 % administration fee (banking fees). Once the payment is settled the client receives a voucher for the whole stay from us.
- Bank transfer - the whole amount can be transferred to our bank account including a 4 % administration fee (minimally 200 CZK = 8 EUR). Upon receipt of a bank confirmation about the transaction a voucher for the whole stay will be issued and sent to the client.
Group reservations
There is a payment plan available for group reservations for more than 15 people as follows: payment amount to 100 % of the total costs will be paid within 1 week after the reservation is done.
Cancellation policies
All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies may apply for group reservations (more than 15 people).
Unless the below listed cancellation conditions apply, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 300,- CZK / person (for individual reservations) or a 5% fee of the confirmed services (for group reservations for more than 15 people). These conditions applies for all accommodation and service reservations made by Sisak Travel travel agency.
Hotels, pensions, hostels, apartments
For cancellations less than 48 hours prior arrival the full amount will be charged, for cancellations less than 5 days prior arrival you will be charged the first night, unless there are determined stricter criteria for cancellation conditions by individual hotels, hostels or guest houses. BUT! In top terms cancellations 5 days prior arrival the full amount will be charged.
For group reservations (more than 15 persons) individual cancellation conditions apply - according to the conditions of the hotel.
